Refund policy

THE POLICY

We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within reason.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All approved returns are issued as cash refunds back to original form of payment.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Apparel

Must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Jewelry

Must be returned in original packaging — including the metal briefcase — with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage. Items returned outside of original packaging or showing evidence of use will not be accepted.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Visit the Account Page within 14 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, we'll send you prepaid return label which will be deducted from the refund amount. There is no restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. Once your return is approved and credit is issued, you're free to place a new order for the correct size or style.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@privatesector.com. We'll cover shipping both ways and resolve it — no window restrictions apply.
