Refund policy

THE POLICY

We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right, within reason.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, less a $10 return shipping fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions.

Apparel
Unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage will not be accepted.

Jewelry
Returned in original packaging, including the metal case, with no signs of wear, alteration or damage. Items returned outside of original packaging or showing evidence of use will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Go to your orders within 14 days of delivery, select the order and request a return. Do not ship anything back before it is approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label. The $10 label fee is deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. Once your return is approved and refunded, place a new order for the size or style you want.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@privatesector.com. We cover shipping both ways and resolve it. No fee and no window applies.
