Shipping policy
PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship from Miami, FL via UPS. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after processing. Private Sector is not responsible for carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside of the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We will require signature confirmation and will list the full order value for insurance purposes with the carrier (this part is covered by Private Sector). If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
- File a claim directly with UPS

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Private Sector is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@privatesector.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
