Warranty
Every piece of Private Sector jewelry is guaranteed for one year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If the clasp, plating or structure fails under normal wear, we repair or replace it. Contact us with your order number.
Shipping & Returns
Members ship free. Join with email signup and use code MEMBER for free UPS Ground on every US order. Other services are calculated at checkout via UPS, and every order is fully insured at no additional cost. Shipping policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label and a $10 fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping is not refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
